Financial Arrangements

After a thorough examination and diagnosis, Dr. Merrill will discuss treatment options as well as address your questions.  Fees are openly presented before any treatment is begun.  We share your concern about finances and offer several payment options.

1)    Payment in full of non-insurance covered fees is expected at the time of scheduling   unless arrangements have been made in advance.

2)    For treatment plans of $300 or more, we offer a 5% accounting adjustment for payment in full by cash or check at the time of scheduling.

3)    We accept personal checks as well as Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.

4)    We offer extended payment plans, upon approval, through Care Credit or CitiHealth.  6 and 12 months “same as cash” plans are available to qualified applicants.

Insurance

We gladly accept assignment of benefits from most insurance companies including Delta and Blue Cross.  We will work to maximize your benefits in order to limit your out of pocket expenses.  Arrangements for payment of the non-covered portion of fees will be made in advance in accordance with the guidelines listed above.
